Children or guests under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a legal guardian.

Once the session is completed, the selected number of professionally edited images based on the chosen package will be delivered within 2 to 4 days in high-resolution JPEG format.

To receive a full refund, you can cancel at least 7 days in advance of the scheduled start of the booked service or within 24 hours of purchase.

Do Prices Include VAT and Taxes?
The prices listed for each service are inclusive of VAT (there are no hidden costs) !
Regardless of your chosen payment method, a proper invoice and/or receipt will always be provided.
How and Where is the Photography Service Conducted?
I will guide you through the historic centre of Milan.
Locations may vary depending on the package chosen, and if you have specific requests for a different location, we can arrange it accordingly.
When Will the Photos Be Delivered?
After the photoshoot, the selected and edited images will be sent to you in HD JPEG format (such as Wetransfer or Swiss transfer ).
You can download them from your email on any device, including your PC, smartphone, or tablet.
What is Photo Retouching For?
All photos are taken in high-resolution RAW format.
Each photoshoot includes a set number of professionally retouched images.
These retouching services include cropping, adjusting brightness and contrast, and advanced edits if requested.
What Do I Receive After the Photoshoot?
Based on the service, you will receive a predetermined number of retouched photos.
Not all images captured during the shoot will be provided.
How Can I Cancel or Modify My Booking?
To cancel or modify a booking, please send a message or an email with your reservation details, and I will handle the rest.
